**Job Title**: Music Expert

**Overview**:
For our online sessions, we are seeking a lively and informed Music Expert to join our team. You will be essential in developing interactive and instructive virtual experiences for participants as an Online Music Expert. You'll lead conversations, impart your love of music, and offer insightful commentary on a range of musical styles, performers, and business trends. Proficiency with internet communication technologies, outstanding communication skills, and a thorough understanding of music are prerequisites for this remote role.

**Responsibility**:
1. Organise Virtual Music Sessions:
Online platforms can be used to create lively, interactive seminars.

2. Select and Arrange Musical Works:
3. Encourage Conversations:
Initiate and lead talks about industry developments, theory, and music history. To create an open and cooperative environment, promote participant involvement and ask thoughtful questions.

4. Creation of Educational Content:
Create and deliver instructional resources, including multimedia presentations, infographics, and tutorials. Talk about your observations on musical instruments, singers and other aspects of music.

5. Give music recommendations:
Provide individualised music suggestions according to the tastes of the participants. Keep up with the latest music releases and trends in different genres.

6. Live Exhibitions:
To explain musical principles, provide live demonstrations like singing or playing an instrument.

Highlight the variety of musical instruments and the various roles they play in various genres.

7. Technical Ability:
Navigate and make use of several internet channels to share multimedia content and host sessions. During sessions, help participants with any technical difficulties.

8. Encourage the development of music communities:
Encourage individuals who are passionate about music to feel a feeling of community. To increase engagement, plan online competitions, events, or team projects.

9. Flexibility:
Modify the format of the sessions in response to participant comments and preferences.

To appeal to a wide range of consumers, include a variety of materials.

**Requirements**:
Knowledge of music:
Extensive familiarity with the history, theory, and current trends in the music industry. Love discovering and imparting various musical experiences.

Proficiency in Communication:
Exceptional communication skills. Capacity to communicate intricate musical ideas in a way that is interesting and approachable.

Technical Ability:
Familiarity with internet platforms and virtual communication technologies. Ability to solve technical problems during meetings.

**Qualifications**:
It is preferred to have a degree in music, music education, musicology, or a related discipline.

It is advantageous to have prior experience organising online workshops, music sessions, or educational events.

Minimum 1 yr of technical experience is required.

Passion for instructing and motivating music industry members.

In-depth knowledge of music, instruments and singers.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: ₹800.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 3 per week
