**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements and develop visually compelling content.
- Create storyboards, visual style frames, and animation prototypes to present ideas effectively.
- Design engaging video assets, including text animations, product explainers, infographics, and promotional videos.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and adapt creatives to multiple platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (1-3 years preferred) as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus.
- Excellent sense of design, color, typography, and storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate creative concepts into engaging visuals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
