We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Lead to

lead our efforts in sourcing and recruiting talented music teachers for our

online platform. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role

in shaping the future of music education by identifying and attracting top
- tier musical talent.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to

attract highly qualified music teachers with expertise in various

genres and instruments.

2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs

and align recruitment efforts with organisational objectives.

3. Utilise a variety of recruitment channels, including online job

boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events,

qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job

emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve

recruitment processes and strategies.

8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members,

fostering their professional growth and development.

9. Contribute to the development and implementation of talent

acquisition initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining top talent in

the music education industry.

Qualifications:.

1. Proven track record of success in recruiting for a reputable

educational institution or edtech company, with a focus on music

education preferred.

2. Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

3. Deep understanding of the music industry, including various

musical genres, instruments, and teaching methodologies.

4. Strong network of contacts within the music education community,

including music schools, conservatories, and professional

associations.

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability

stakeholders.

6. Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the

ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficient in utilising recruitment tools and technologies, including

applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.

8. Leadership experience preferred, with the ability to inspire and

motivate a team towards achieving recruitment goals.

9. Experience of 3/4 years in the domain is required.
