**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Stay updated on current architecture and interior design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a collaborative environment.
