**Job Introduction**:
We are looking for a creative and talented Animator and Illustrator to join our amazing marketing team. In this role, you will conceptualize and craft designs and animations that support our marketing efforts. You should be passionate about animation, an avid learner, and able to get your work done from a pool of opportunities with good communication and coordination skills. The ability to befriend and work collaboratively is essential. If you are crazy about animation, illustrations, and everything design, then this job is totally for you.

**Your Mission**:

- Create and manage high-quality illustrations and animations for all digital channels, ensuring a strong aesthetic and design oversight.
- Proactively recommend and develop creative communications, from initial design concepts to final sampling.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling content.
- Maintain a rigorous quality check on all pieces to ensure the highest standards.
- Develop storyboards and conceptualize animation sequences.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing specialists to align animations with campaign objectives.
- Edit and fine-tune animation projects based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in animation and design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Assist in the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all animations and illustrations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.

**Superpowers You Will Need**:

- 1-2 years of experience in animation.
- Expertise in After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and computer-aided design software, including but not limited to Mac, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and Motion graphics.
- Strong knowledge of the graphics production process.
- Possesses strong conceptual skills, and a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, with the ability to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Excellent illustration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to take projects from start to finish with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in creating explainer videos and character animations is a plus.
- 3D knowledge is not mandatory but is a big plus.
- Ability to learn and multi-task when necessary.
