**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team in delivering data-driven projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address business challenges and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and optimise data science models and algorithms using Python and SQL.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct data preprocessing, analysis, and visualisation to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and analytics.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in data science, business analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects independently.
- Solid understanding of data science modelling techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying models and managing data workflows.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹539,000.94 - ₹1,910,681.90 per year
