**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform microscopic and gross examination of clinical specimens including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
- Prepare and verify pathology reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Supervise laboratory technicians and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Oversee histopathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology sections.
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide diagnostic insights for patient management.
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to NABL and other regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Qualification**: MD / DNB Pathology (or equivalent recognized degree).
- **Experience**: 0-5 years (Freshers with sound knowledge may also apply).
- **Registration**: Valid Medical Council registration required.
