We're on a mission to help women 35+ heal naturally from chronic health issues — through personalized diets, therapeutic yoga, and holistic lifestyle guidance. **About the Internship**

This is not your average marketing internship. If you're curious, driven, and love the idea of connecting the dots between people and purpose, read on.

Your main focus will be **finding and verifying Nirva’s target audience, communities, and potential partners**. You’ll support the growth of a mission-driven brand by identifying and mapping out high-impact marketing opportunities.

**What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)**

**Target Audience & Community Discovery (60%)**
- Research and verify potential communities, businesses, and support groups aligned with Nirva’s mission (women’s health, Ayurveda, menopause, gut health, natural wellness).
- Identify Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Community groups, Reddit threads, forums, wellness directories, online summits, etc. for potential outreach.
- Create a database of relevant contact points, contact information with descriptions and audience fit.

**Influencer & Business Outreach Support (20%)**
- Find Instagram and YouTube influencers focused on wellness, chronic illness, menopause, self-care, and holistic healing.
- Assist in verifying reach, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Help craft and manage outreach messages and track responses.

**Marketing Support & Reporting (20%)**
- Keep daily logs of outreach research and verification activities.
- Share insights and suggestions for marketing experiments.
- Work closely with the marketing team and get mentored along the way.

**Who You Are (Requirements)**
- Great at researching online and spotting quality leads
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
- Passionate about women's health, wellness, and holistic living
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit
- Hustler mindset with a ‘figure-it-out’ attitude

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience in online community engagement or research
- Background in nutrition, psychology, or wellness is a plus
- Comfortable with Canva, Notion, or CRM tools
