**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software.
- Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil drawings as required.
- Update and revise existing drawings based on changes and modifications.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure that designs meet technical and regulatory standards.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all drawings and plans.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct self-checks and peer reviews of drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the drawings.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of drawings.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and industry best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Associate degree or diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in an engineering or architectural environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical drawing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of engineering and architectural principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- **Certifications**:

- Certification in CAD software is a plus.
