Job responsibilities
- **Build relationships**: Work with bank staff to identify potential customers and build relationships with them
- **Provide advice**: Explain banking and insurance products and processes, and help customers choose the right products
- **Meet sales targets**: Work to achieve sales targets by cross-selling and up-selling products
- **Provide after-sales service**: Provide support to customers after they've purchased a product
- **Manage teams**: Lead a team of sales managers or other staff
- **Monitor performance**: Track day-to-day activity and ensure the team is meeting goals
- **Analyze customer needs**: Conduct financial need analyses and provide solutions based on those analyses
- **Create sales strategies**: Design and implement strategies to increase productivity and customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹12,082.43 - ₹35,019.59 per month
