- We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. We would love to speak with you, if you have a good knowledge and experience in Cash Application.- About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- Atleast 8 years experience in Cash Applications role and atleast 2 years of experience into team handling.
- Intermediate knowledge - MS Excel
- Good to have NetSuite and Salesforce knowledge.
- It would be great if you also had...- Working Knowledge of O2C process would be an added advantage.
- Worked on special projects on automation.
- What will you be doing in this role?- Download bank statements from multiple online banking portals (if necessary)
- Responsible for the recording of all cash receipts, wire transfers and other cash related entries in the ERP
- Perform Extensive Research to resolve Unapplied Cash Receipts, as assigned.
- Process write-offs and refunds as per the set process.
- Process the Intercompany transfers on time.
- Post Journals and perform month end reconciliations.
- Work with Collections, Accounting, and stakeholders to resolve customer Queries.
- Ensure that the E-mails are responded within 24 hours.
- Provide supporting for Audit Questions/UAT Support
- Additional duties as assigned.
