**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion**:

- Efficiently manage and convert leads generated through Meta Ads into paying clients.
- Analyze and prioritize leads based on potential revenue and likelihood of conversion.

**Revenue Generation**:

- Take responsibility for achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets by converting leads into sales.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue from each lead by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate services.

**Client Consultation**:

- Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their skincare concerns and recommend suitable treatments.
- Provide detailed information about our services, including PRP, Skin Whitening, Laser Hair Removal, and Chemical Peels.

**Conversion Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor and optimize the lead conversion process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

**Follow-Up and Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns and providing exceptional service.

**Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in cosmetology to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Leverage your knowledge of PRP, Skin Whitening, Laser Hair Removal, and Chemical Peels to educate and guide clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within a cosmetology clinic.
- Strong understanding of PRP, Skin Whitening, Laser Hair Removal, and Chemical Peels.
- Demonstrated success in lead conversion and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
