Delivery Boy

We are looking for a reliable and responsible **Delivery Boy** to join our logistics team at KPlus InfoTech Pvt Ltd, an established IT hardware company. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering IT hardware products to our customers and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, while providing excellent customer service. Your efficiency and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining our company's reputation for quality and dependability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery of Goods**: Transport IT hardware products (e.g., computers, servers, networking equipment) to customer locations in a timely and safe manner.
- **Route Planning**: Follow designated delivery routes and schedules, ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently.
- **Customer Interaction**: Deliver products directly to customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
- **Order Verification**: Ensure the correct products are delivered by verifying order details (e.g., model numbers, quantities) and obtaining the customer’s signature upon delivery.
- **Packaging and Handling**: Properly handle and secure IT hardware during transit to avoid damage, ensuring the packaging is intact and products arrive in excellent condition.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with loading and unloading products, ensuring the correct inventory is transported.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate delivery logs, including delivery status updates and customer feedback.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, maintained, and operational, reporting any issues to management promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a delivery or driver role preferred, but not required.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions.
- **Skills**: Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to lift and carry heavy IT hardware items.
- **License**: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- **Reliability**: Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- **Attention to Detail**: Careful with deliveries, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
