**Position Overview**:
As a Graphics Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting visual experiences across various digital channels. You will work on everything from creating eye-catching social media content to designing intuitive interfaces and engaging motion graphics that enhance our brand identity. Your creative input will help shape how our audience engages with our brand and support the achievement of our marketing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Design**:

- Create visually appealing and on-brand social media posts, stories, and ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop templates for consistent branding and visual appeal, ensuring a cohesive look across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize graphics that enhance engagement and storytelling.

**Motion Graphics & Video**:

- Design and produce engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Work with video content to integrate graphics and effects that enhance the viewer’s experience and message clarity.

**UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user journeys and wireframes that ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
- Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness, usability, and an exceptional user experience.

**Branding & Visual Identity**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
- Design assets for marketing campaigns, events, and brand presentations that convey the brand’s message effectively.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company’s values and vision.

**Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and relevant output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, motion graphics, UI/UX, and branding.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout for both static and dynamic design elements.
- Familiarity with design best practices for social media and web, ensuring all visuals are optimized for platform-specific requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Pay: ₹11,136.10 - ₹35,774.84 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
