**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sugar products in the Maharashtra region.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present marketing plans and reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the sugar industry or related field.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Maharashtra market and the sugar industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
