Earthworks Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and interpret geotechnical reports, excavation drawings, and construction plans.
- Develop and execute excavation methodologies for deep shafts, trenches, and basements.
- Oversee bulk earthworks including cutting, filling, grading, and soil stabilization.
- Implement shoring systems (sheet piling, diaphragm walls, soldier piles, etc.) and dewatering solutions.
- Manage excavation safety, ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, IS codes, BS/EN standards).
- Coordinate with structural and foundation teams for sequencing and interface activities.
- Monitor equipment utilization (excavators, dumpers, compactors, etc.) and optimize productivity.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place for slope failures, water ingress, or unstable soils.
- Liaise with authorities or consultants on excavation permits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain progress records, quality documentation, and daily work reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Mining.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
