Looking for an Expert 3Ds Max Visualizer experienced for Dream Global Constructions, New Delhi for Design & Projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strong Command over 3D MAX & SketchUp, VRAY, Walkthrough,Lumion to generate photorealistic architectural & Interior visualizations.

Knowledge of Architectural drawing / Interior Designing /Photoshop / 3Ds Max/ 3D Modelling/ 2D Modelling/ Drawings/ Structural Drawings/MS projects is a must.

Also, Knowledge in AutoCAD & Developing detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections, would be preferred.

Experience in handling Architectural Interiors projects, Planning, Designing, and Furnishing of Interior - in variety of Residential, commercial & corporate.

Proactive, self-starter & Strong Leader.

Should be formally qualified in Architecture draftsman course from reputed /authorized institute & should be well versed with Co
- Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review.

Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors Design And architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a quality Execution of Interiors Projects.

Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and MS Projects etc.

Create high resolution 3D views/renders for interiors as well as elevations as per briefs

Minimum experience of 5 years in architectural 3D, with a portfolio to prove it.

Being able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, involving different people and different activities, whilst prioritizing their own work and achieving fixed deadlines

Having sufficient knowledge and understanding to be able to provide graphical services and support to the standard required by design Team

Demonstrating enthusiasm, accuracy confidence and pride in their work

Being reliable, able to follow through and complete tasks, prepared to go the extra mile

Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, SketchUP, Photoshop and VRay/Corona,walkthrough, Lumion, Rhino, Acad

The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models and concepts

The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media

Strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations

A keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
