**Job description**

**Designation**: Social Media Infleuncer Marketing

**Qualification**: Any graduate (Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing would be preferred)

**Experience**: 6 Months - 2 years**Responsibilities**:
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies by mentioning Social Calendar.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms through messages and calls.
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights etc.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Analyze competitor activity and Recommend improvements to increase performance.
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Manage a budget for social media activities.
- Educate other teammates on the use of social media and promote its use within the company (in-house roles).
- Encourage collaboration across in-house teams and departments especially Marketing Team.
- Undertake audience research, Market research to identify appropriate consumer markets and devise effective plans to reach them.

**Requirents**
- Basic Knowledge of influencer marketing
- Basic understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube
- Basic Excel proficiency
- Effective communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of content Strategy
- Data Analysis Proficiency
- Project Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
