**Position**:IELTS Trainer

**Location**:Delhi (Pitampura)

**Salary**:20k Base + Performance based incentives and bonuses

**Job description**:

- Teaching IELTS including spoken English to the students
- Making teaching plans for the IELTS Program
- Managing the class; preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students
- Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
- Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students
- Basic administration; keeping student registers, attendance records
- Training IELTS students to acquire their respective scores
- Understand course syllabus and self-updating on the latest exam trends
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all age groups and social backgrounds

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Preferably 1 - 4 Years of English Teaching Experience
- Excellent proficiency in the English Language in writing and speaking.
- Ability to retain the interest of learners in the class
- Presentable and equipped with student handling skills
- Self-motivated and independent at work
- Preferably computer literate
- Should know the IELTS system well and its exams
- Teaching certificate is preferable
- Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve results
- Flexibility over working hours
