Illustrator

As an illustrator at ReshaMandi, You will be working with characters, colour, iconography, representation and content together to help us successfully communicate any message to our users. We know and believe that Good Design brings clarity and hope in a user's life. You will be executing campaigns similar to Monalisa across India and take up ownership of tasks from Concept development to execution.

**Requirements**:

- As an Illustrator at ReshaMandi, you will be responsible for producing original graphic assets which includes Icons & Illustrations across Website, social and marketing fields.
- You will work closely with brand designers, visual designers, animators and product designers to deliver visuals that are as per given briefs and stories.
- You will ensure alignment of the proposed graphic solutions as per the brand guidelines and in accordance with the brand personality in terms of style, colours etc.
- Work within brand guidelines to create icons/illustrations that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
- You will be shipping the final designs in accordance with the guidelines while maintaining the highest standards in the visual aesthetics.
- You will also own the responsibility of creating a quality assessment for all the icons/illustrations in the development stage, ensuring zero loss in quality while in the transition from rough sketches to the final designs live in production.
- You will ensure that new trends and upcoming illustration styles are continuously accounted for and explored in campaigns as per requirement.

**Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to**:

- Illustration

- Illustration layering for animation
- Colour and shape understanding
- Asset building and manipulation
- Asset library management
- Fluency in different art styles Digital and traditional
- Ability to work with a young team of highly motivated individuals

**Technical fluency**
- Thorough understanding of illustration fundamentals
- Anatomy
- Strong knowledge on fundamentals of Icons & Product Illustrations
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Procreate, Figma and Blender 3D is a plus)
- A strong understanding of colour theory, illustration process & communication.
- Basic knowledge understanding of visual design principles with comprehension of Accessibility
- Most importantly, a Can do attitude. A yearning to figure out solutions to challenging problems.

**Preferences**:

- Degree/ Diploma in Arts or relevant fields
- Experience implementing illustration systems across platforms.
- Portfolio highlighting projects and your direct contributions
- Work experience in tech/ product based companies
- Experience working with animators
