- Ma Sarada Hospital is looking for a _**Sister In charge**_who **coordinates a patient's treatment plan and ultimately manages their healthcare. Coordinate and supervise nursing staff and ensure that patients receive the care they need**.

Provides ongoing advice and consultation to the nursing staff about proper procedures, problem solving and patient safety as well as evaluating the quality and appropriateness of nursing care and documentation of care provided.

Provides education in health care and the prevention of illness to the patient and his or her family. Communicating with patients and their families about diagnoses and care plans.

Coordinates and assists in the delivery of a plan of health care with all members of the health team.

Performing regular updates on patients' well-being

Evaluating progress in patients' recovery processes

Updating patient medical records

Communicating with physicians and other care providers to determine a patient's health goals

Conducts monthly staff meetings.

Monitors delivery of care by completing patient rounds, documenting care, and maintaining communication for transfer/discharge plan.

Motivates staff to maintain a high level of patient care.

Creates and maintains staff works schedules.

**Education and Experience**

Degree in nursing / Must be a registered nurse

2 to 3 years’ experience working as a _Sister In charge_

- **Salary**: Rs 10000/- to 15000/- (Based on Experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
