Psychologist

**Part-time Opportunity - Twice a month (Full Day). Total 24 days in a year**

**The role is based out of Village - Koida, PO- Nadikasira, P.S - Bonaigarh, Dist
- Sundargarh, Odisha.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take up One-to-One therapy by being present at our Client’s office - Twice a Month
- Take Online One-to-One Therapy during Non client visit hours (Charges will be per session)
- Taking Online and Offline group sessions on Mental and Emotional Health
- Provide proper intervention for trauma cases
- Weekly reporting based on requirements and format from the client
- Monthly reporting on employee grievances data
- Other mental health services that are requested by the client during the working hours
- Act as a point of contact for any queries or assistance related to Zariyaa at the client location.
- Observe and gather feedback from Employees to enhance the overall experience.
- Liaise with Our client/Zariyaa to share valuable insights and suggestions based on your observations.
- Willingness and ability to travel to client location
- Open to learning new techniques.

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Is willing to visit our client place Twice a month
- Holds a Master’s degree in psychology.
- Has strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- **⁠**Is empathetic and passionate about wellness.
- **⁠**Has 2+ Years of experience

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
