Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services within the establishment. oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the set-up and preparation of dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and properly equipped for service.

Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements as necessary.

Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using appropriate POS systems.

Ensure that all food and beverage items are served promptly and according to established standards of presentation.

Monitor the quality and presentation of food and beverages, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to provide recommendations and answer questions from guests.

Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to management.

Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Assist in conducting regular inspections of dining areas, equipment, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.

Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and special events to attract and retain guests.

Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and record-keeping as required.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in food and beverage service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
