Key Responsibilities
**Understand Business Requirements**: Work closely with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Anaplan.
**Model Development and Maintenance**: Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models, ensuring they meet business needs while adhering to best practices.
**Enhancement Recommendations**: Suggest and implement model enhancements to improve business processes and achieve operational efficiency.
**Execute ALM Activities**: Handle Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities, including version control, testing, and deployment.
**Documentation**: Document business requirements, model developments, and configuration changes for future reference and compliance.
**Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with business users, solution architects, and other developers to ensure solutions are aligned with company goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
**Anaplan Expertise**: Must have experience with Anaplan, including Level 1, Level 2, and Anaplan Way methodologies
**Experience**: Overall 4 Years or more techno functional experience, Anaplan Experience - 2 Years or more
**Modeling Experience**: End to end, hands-on experience in Data Hub and Spoke model development, and implementing best practices in model design.
**Integrations**: Knowledge of Cloudworks and Anaplan Connect integrations.
**Planning Experience**: Experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Finance Planning.
**Excel Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
Preferred Skills
**Level 3 Certification**: Anaplan Level 3 or Solution Architect certification is highly preferred.
**Power BI**: Experience with Excel/Power BI add-ins.
**Workflow Management**: Hands-on experience with Anaplan workflow.
Preferred experience on similar planning tools OneStream, Pigment, Oracle EPM, SAP IBP
Knowledge of integration APIs such as Informatica, Postman.
Experience in Workforce Planning is a plus.

**Work Schedule**: Flexible working hours, with the option to work remotely or inoffice as needed.
**Location**: Hybrid position based in Pune, India.
