**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Counseling and Interacting with Students in person. Managing Customer Service and Feedback. Making calls and giving information about courses. Following up with students. Ensuring students' issues are looked into and resolved. Making reports and other Admin-work. Managing Front-desk when required. (On-the-Job Training will be provided.)

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
Previous experience in sales and as tele-calling/ telemarketing executive is preferred. Freshers can also apply. Living close to Egmore will be an added advantage.

Full-time hours: 9.30 am to 7 pm

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month (salary plus incentive)
