**Job Purpose: -**

Company3 Method India Pvt Ltd is seeking **Front Desk Executive **and assist the Admin and Facilities manager. Serve visitors by greeting**, **welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Front Office & call Management - Ensure zero call abandonment and always ensure 100 Percent FTR needed (First Time Resolution).
- Sorting daily deliveries mail/couriers on the priority basis.
- Ensure cordial response to all queries hitting the Call Desk.
- Updating appointments calendars & schedule appointments & meetings.
- Visitor & Vendor Guest Management - Ensuring smooth entry of visitors and keeping proper logs, issuing cards. Plan Due Diligence before any Client Visit well in advance
- Make sure all front office Security policies followed - Like Whitelisted devices, NDA & Video forms signed & maintain the data.
- Courier Management - Make sure that all the couriers get the concerned person
- Make sure Flower Bouquet, Newspaper available as per standard
- Assisting the HR team in exit & joining formalities
- Crockery & Cutlery Management - For Guest & Client visit proper set of Crockery & Cutlery available.
- Board Room booking Management - Board room book as per the request & manage the same properly so that proper utilization done.
- Check all the Inward & Outward details on daily basis
- Key & Vault Management - Issue the locker, Drawer’s key to employees as per issuance & maintain the details, accordingly, Maintain the Vault registers entries.
- Medicine & Refreshments Management - Make sure medicines & refreshments are available & maintain the inventory accordingly.
- MIS & Audit Data Management - All the front desk related data, MIS maintain as per standard.
- Making sure housekeeping administration is maintained properly as per standard.
- Asset Management - All the front office related asset details data maintain properly
- Maintenance of Office Equipment’s
- Travel & Hotel accommodation booking - As per the request give the standard options of Hotel booking as per the agreement, also provide the travel options as & when required.
