Role - Recruiter, Student Programs

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results
- Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
- Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
- Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
- Manage a group of 2-3 businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities
