Position - Recovery & Billing Executive - Male

Qualification - B. Com with Tally Knowladge

Exp - 1 to 5 year

Job Description
- Billing
- Preparation of summary on time
- Certification of summary
- Preparation of invoice
- Certification of invoice and receiving the certified copy
- Changes in any bill to be incorporated
- Making sure bill is entered in the system
- Informing accounts department about cancellation of any bill.
- Helping Accounts department in preparing cumulative sheet.

Recovery
- Identification of client from QC/HR/Planning/Accounts Department
- Identification of flow of invoice from QC to Account.
- Making sure invoice is booked in SAP system of account.
- Taking payment schedule from site
- Making sure payment is received within 60 days
- Communicating to site in-charge that funding will be from their project
- Taking Ledger, TDS and other statement from client on quarterly basis
- Submission of IXAR ledger to the client and taking balance confirmation
- Informing accounts department about the payment received from client and making sure it is adjusted in the tally.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
