Overview : As an Operations Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information in a timely manner. This position requires a customer-focused approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
Additional Requirements:
Availability to work in shifts.
Fluent in - English, Hindi, Marathi additional languages may be a plus.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,929.54 - ₹12,000.00 per month
