**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect and collate data from various online and internal sources.
- Enter, update, and verify information in Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Maintain databases and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.
- Prepare and manage reports for internal use.
- Conduct basic research on companies, industries, and contacts as required.
- Support data management processes for marketing, lead generation, and project operations.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with organizing and filing digital documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (especially **Excel and Word**).
- Basic understanding of data management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
