**Responsibilities**
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate person or department.
- Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate person.
- Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
- Maintains office supplies.
- Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Interact with clients, visitors, staff and the public.
Must be graduate and should have good communication skills.
Freshers can also apply.
Alternate Saturday off and sunday fixed off.
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
