**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, GST, etc.).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
- Monitor company expenditures and implement cost control measures.
- Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial practices adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar finance and accounting role.
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, taxation rules).
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
