Renal Transplant Co-ordinator

A kidney transplant coordinator's job is to manage the entire organ transplant process, from identifying potential donors to patient recovery:

- **Identify donors**: Find potential organ donors and promote organ donation
- **Manage donation**: Oversee the donation process from brain death
- **Evaluate patients**: Determine if patients are eligible for a transplant and prepare them for the procedure
- **Match donors and recipients**: Find the right donor for each recipient
- **Transport organs**: Coordinate the transportation of organs
- **Support families**: Provide support and education to donor families and the patient's family
- **Coordinate surgery**: Arrange the transplant surgery for the recipient
- **Follow up**: Monitor the patient's progress after the transplant
- **Communicate**: Work with donors, recipients, surgeons, and families
- **Manage documents**: Keep track of all relevant documents

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
