Position - NetSuite and Salesforce Administrator - Finance Systems Administrator

Experience - 8 to 12 Years

Location - Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**NetSuite and Salesforce Ownership**:Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite and Salesforce platforms.

Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite and Salesforce to align with the finance team's requirements.

Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in NetSuite and Salesforce to optimize system capabilities.

System Integration and Automation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite and Salesforce with other financial systems and tools.

Develop and implement automation processes to streamline financial workflows and enhance data accuracy.

User Support and Training: Provide user support to finance team members for NetSuite and Salesforce-related queries.

Conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices, new features, and system updates.

Data Management and Security: Implement and enforce data management policies to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of financial data.

Regularly audit and monitor system security settings to safeguard sensitive financial information.

System Upgrades and Maintenance: Coordinate with IT and finance teams to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Test and validate new releases, patches, and enhancements to ensure a smooth transition.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite and Salesforce for accurate and timely financial analysis.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

**Skills and Experience**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

8-12 years proven experience as a NetSuite and Salesforce administrator, with a focus on finance modules.

Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.

Proficient in data management, system integration, and process automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills to train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**

NetSuite and Salesforce certifications.

Experience with other financial tools and ERP systems.

Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
