**Responsibilities**:
Assist the Principal in overseeing daily school operations.
Ensure the implementation of academic programs and curriculum standards.
Supervise and mentor teachers to maintain high educational standards.
Handle student discipline and promote a positive school culture.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and compliance with school policies.
Plan and coordinate school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
✔ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
✔ **[X] years of experience** in school administration or teaching.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
✔ Knowledge of educational policies and school management software.
