**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Creating conceptual and technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Use CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Print CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
- Visit construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar.
- Prior experience as an architectural draftsman will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of building design, specifications, and codes.
- Skills in Architectural & Interior Design Drawings
- Review design drawings for accuracy and translate them into construction-ready documents.
- Experience in converting 3D design to 2D drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in CAD & SketchUp software is a must; BIM and other 3D visualization tools is a plus
