**1. Social Media Strategy Development**
- Plan and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

**2. Content Creation & Management**
- Develop engaging and creative content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing posts.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

**3. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze performance metrics like engagement, reach, and impressions.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and overall social media growth.
- Use insights to refine and improve strategies for better results.

**4. Campaign Management**
- Create, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
- Collaborate with influencers or brand ambassadors for campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance if using paid promotions and optimize for better ROI.

**5. Trend Research & Competitor Analysis**
- Keep an eye on social media trends and competitors' activities.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate the brand from competitors.

**6. Collaboration with Teams**
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Support integrated campaigns by leveraging social media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
