**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities to fill open positions within the organization.
- Analyze organizational development to anticipate and address future employment needs.
- Design and oversee the recruitment and selection processes, including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews.
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
- Handle all hiring paperwork for new employees in a timely manner.
- Generate monthly updates for company leadership on upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
- Compile monthly reports highlighting key talent acquisition metrics.
- Maintain regular communication with the HR department to understand the company's hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to devise creative solutions for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
- Possess experience in international recruitment, providing an added advantage.
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive edge in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Propose innovative ideas for enhancing talent acquisition activities.
- Stay abreast of talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry through continuous research.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong work ethics.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
