Work with excel sheets to help people find access to essential medical.
- Empathetic communication with callers to understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.
- Inbound and outbound calling to answer to medical needs of callers and directing them for medical consultation.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients' requests.
- To handle inbound calls from the patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.
- Applicants must be able to thrive under pressure to ensure maximum tickets are closed.
- Should have good interpersonal skills and ability to understand the consultation requirement and based on the same should be able to give recommendations.
- Should have multiple communication skills.
- Follow-up with callers & internal team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
