**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and analyze patient medical records for surgical and diagnostic services (SDS)
- Assign appropriate codes following ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with coding policies and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
**Requirements**:
- **Experience: 2+ years in medical coding, specifically SDS coding**:
- **Certification**: Valid certification in **Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, COC)**:
- **Location**: Based in or willing to relocate to **Chennai**:
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
