**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Development & Design Coordination**: Collaborate with the design team to bring seasonal collections to life by ensuring designs are commercially viable and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- **Production Planning**: Develop production schedules in coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**: Identify and build relationships with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party vendors. Negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times to ensure cost-effective and high-quality production.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that garments meet the brand’s quality standards, from raw materials to finished products.
- **Stock Management & Inventory Control**: Ensure that inventory is well-maintained by tracking stock levels, anticipating product needs, and managing stock flow. Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to avoid overproduction or stockouts.
- **Trend Analysis & Forecasting**: Research fashion trends, fabric innovations, and consumer preferences to ensure the brand stays ahead in the competitive ethnic wear market.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor production costs to ensure adherence to budget, and suggest ways to reduce expenses without compromising on quality.
- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless production processes, timely delivery, and alignment with overall brand strategy.
- **Production Logistics**: Coordinate logistics and transportation for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient supply chain management.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to senior management on production status, stock levels, vendor performance, and other relevant metrics.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
