**Role : Accounts Executive**

**Work Timings : 10.00AM - 07.00PM (6 days of work)**

**Salary : As Per your current CTC**

**Location : Triplicane, Chennai**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments from debtors to maintain cash flow and resolve payment delays or disputes efficiently.

2. Monitor and reconcile debtor and creditor accounts regularly to ensure accuracy of account balances and resolve any discrepancies.

3. Accurately record and manage daily sales transactions for both online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website) and offline retail shops, ensuring proper documentation for audit and reconciliation purposes.

4. Reconcile monthly financial data for GST filing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Calculate and process GST and TDS payments on time, while staying updated on relevant tax laws.

5. Collaborate with the E-commerce team to verify and monitor inventory levels, and assist in resolving discrepancies related to inventory records across platforms.

6. Perform periodic reconciliation of financial and operational data to identify mismatches and resolve inconsistencies.

7. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

8. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and insights that enhance decision-making processes.

1. Proficiency in Tally

2. Strong knowledge of GST and TDS

3. Data reconciliation skills

4. Attention to detail and accuracy

5. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

6. Effective communication and coordination skills
