**Designation**: Associate and Senior Associate

**Responsibilities: International Calling || English Communication**

**- Handle inbound and outbound calls.**

**- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.**

**- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.**

**- Probing the customers to understand their need.**

**- Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and**

**services.**

**Salary Range**:
**Voice** -> INR 2.9LPA - 4.0LPA + (Incentive + Goodies)
