Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess the hotel's financial health and performance.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls, as well as statutory regulations related to financial reporting and taxation.
- Coordinate audits with external auditors and provide support during audit processes.
- **Cash Management and Treasury**:

- Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing returns on surplus funds.
- Oversee banking relationships and transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and credit facilities.
- Implement effective cash management strategies to minimize risks and enhance financial stability.
- **Risk Management and Internal Controls**:

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard assets and maintain financial integrity.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and misappropriation of funds.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and internal audits to evaluate compliance and effectiveness of control measures.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Supervise and mentor finance staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and drive operational excellence.

Pay: From ₹20,454.30 per month
