**Responsibilities**:
Perform precise measurements to ensure accurate garment alterations.
Sew, stitch, and alter clothing items according to customer specifications.
Interpret and follow garment specifications, customer preferences, and design guidelines.
Provide expert advice to clients on fit, style, and fabric selection.
Keep accurate records of customer measurements and preferences for future reference.
Collaborate with other team members, including designers and sales associates, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and tailoring techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper care of tools and equipment.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Tailor, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficient in garment construction, alterations, and repairs.
Excellent knowledge of sewing techniques and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and alterations.
Customer-focused with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and a keen eye for fashion trends.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tailoring is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
