Key Responsibilities
- Make regular telecalls to collect daily attendance and various facility-related reports from sites.
- Record, compile, and maintain attendance data and other reports with accuracy.
- Coordinate with site staff and supervisors to ensure timely reporting and escalation of issues, if required.
- Maintain helpdesk support functions by responding to client/site queries and forwarding requests to the concerned team.
- Prepare, organize, and share reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF formats.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy with attention to detail.
- Support the operations team with report follow-ups, scheduling, and communication.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong telecalling and soft communication skills (polite, professional, and clear).
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
