**Job Summary**:
Career Launcher is seeking an experienced and dynamic Part-Time VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension) Trainer to help students prepare for the CLAT, IPM, and CUET exams. The trainer will deliver high-quality instruction, develop effective study materials, and provide personalized guidance to ensure students achieve their academic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective VARC classes for CLAT, IPM, and CUET aspirants.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests.
- Provide personalized feedback and conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Monitor student progress and suggest improvement strategies.
- Participate in training sessions and collaborate with fellow trainers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching VARC for competitive exams such as CLAT, IPM, and CUET.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Familiarity with the latest exam patterns and trends for CLAT, IPM, and CUET.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹800.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
