**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-process and final inspection of cutting tools and components.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors for dimensional checks.
- Identify defects and deviations from quality standards and report findings to the concerned department.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining calibration schedules for inspection equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Basic knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
