As a Video Editor at Leads Studio, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, engaging video content for various platforms. You will work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life, ensuring that the final product aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and visually appealing videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, objectives, and target audience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all video content.
- Trim, cut, and arrange footage to create a seamless and captivating narrative.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall video quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new editing techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for video concepts.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts.
- Collaborate with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work and highlighting your editing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
