**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas where salespeople require improvement.
- Design and develop engaging training curricula for various insurance products and sales techniques, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, role-playing exercises, and online learning modules.
- Coach and mentor trainees, providing them with ongoing support and feedback to help them master insurance concepts and develop strong sales skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new insurance products, and best practices in sales training.
- Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
